New Patients: In order to determine if we will be a good fit, please fill out my pre screening form and email it to me. I promise to review it and get back to you in a timely manner.

Insurance and Payment

Because a person's mental health information is as important as their physical health, I welcome those who benefit from the following insurance:

• Anthem/ Blue Cross/ Blue Shield
• ​CareFirst PPO​​

However, if you don't wish to use insurance, or wish for a higher level of confidentiality, or do not have insurance, please contact me to discuss self-pay options/rates.
